Copyright Policy

ADAVICO respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of ADAVICO websites, applications, services, and related offerings to do the same. This Copyright Policy describes how ADAVICO responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement and related requests under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and other applicable intellectual property laws.
This policy applies to content available through ADAVICO websites, customer-facing services, support portals, or other online properties operated by ADAVICO. It does not grant any rights to use ADAVICO software, trademarks, logos, documentation, designs, website content, or other proprietary materials except as expressly authorized by ADAVICO in writing.
ADAVICO Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, ADAVICO websites, software, documentation, graphics, logos, designs, text, reports, templates, workflows, user interfaces, and other materials are owned by ADAVICO or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other applicable laws.
Customers retain ownership of their customer data submitted to, processed by, stored within, or generated through the ADAVICO Service, subject to the applicable service agreement and ADAVICO's Privacy Policy and Security Policy.
Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that material available through the ADAVICO Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice to ADAVICO's Copyright Agent. To be effective under the DMCA, the notice should include:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list of such works if multiple works are involved;
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit ADAVICO to locate the material;
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or the law; and
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted or provided through the ADAVICO Service was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification to ADAVICO's Copyright Agent. To be effective under the DMCA, the counter-notification should include:
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address; and
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which ADAVICO may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or that person's agent.
Repeat Infringers
ADAVICO may, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, disable access to or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe or are repeatedly alleged to infringe the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of others.
False or Misleading Notices
Please be aware that submitting a false, misleading, or bad-faith notice or counter-notification may result in legal liability. You may wish to consult an attorney before submitting a notice or counter-notification.
