What is ADAVICO?

Adavico, Inc. is an independent software producer dedicated to providing clients with leading solutions for endowment fund administration including accounting, compliance, and reporting. We provide the easiest and most accurate applications for tracking, monitoring, and disclosing pooled fund activity.

What does ADAVICO mean?

ADAVICO [] was derived from the Latin word 'advoco' which means to call in an advisor. It also refers to the co-founders' surname - "A Davis Company".

What types of clients does ADAVICO serve?

ADAVICO's software is designed to serve foundations, endowments, and non-profit organizations including arts & culture, faith-based, healthcare, higher education, and independent schools.

Is ADAVICO a non-proprietary offering or does a relationship exist with respect to investment custody and consulting?

ADAVICO is completely independent of investment custodians, asset managers, and consultants. Therefore, we do not limit clients in their choice of investment and credit providers or "bury" fees for ancillary services, eliminating potential conflicts of interest.

While we do not offer asset advisory services, the increased transparency and insight ADAVICO provides can support fiduciary investment decisions and help tie investment, spending, and endowment policies together with respect to institutionally managed endowment funds and prudence standards.

How are ADAVICO's solutions deployed to end-users?

ADAVICO's applications are deployed using a client-server model. Software deployment can be tailored to fit specific requirements.

Does ADAVICO offer a client portal? How is it secured?

ADAVICO provides clients with 24/7 access to an online portal in order to securely send, receive, and store files. This password-protected area allows users to organize documents in a centralized location, and to exchange files that are too large to e-mail.

We take careful measures to ensure our client extranet service is equipped with the latest firewalls and internet security updates to help keep your data safe. Client portal data centers feature a number of computer network security measures that can be found here.

Can ADAVICO's data be exported to other file formats and interfaced with other applications?

Yes - ADAVICO's data and reports can be exported to CSV or Excel file formats. We can create a custom interface to other accounting packages.

Does ADAVICO offer custom reporting?

ADAVICO has an extensive report library. We can modify our standard reports or develop new reports to meet your organization's unique needs.
